Description
The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn appointed Aura Consulting to provide PM, QS, Design, Building Services Design and CDM Coordinator services for the replacement of the existing heating system within the Old Hall. The project was particularly challenging as parts of the building date back to 17th Century and the building is listed. Additionally the client only had a short window of time in which to complete the project. The project commenced in early August 2011 and was completed by mid September 2012. The approximate value of the project was £150,000.
