Description
Following on from the success of the London project the China Visa Application Service Centre instructed Aura to manage the acquisition, and development of a new facility in Edinburgh to serve Scotland. The facility was a 2,500 sq ft development in Exchange Tower Edinburgh and was complete within 3 months on our initial instruction from China. The facility was delivered on a Design and Build basis and was considerably under budget due to our unique procurement route following the London project.
