Synthesia, a global leader in AI-powered video creation and one of the UK’s fastest-growing tech unicorns, appointed Aura Consulting to deliver their new London headquarters at British Land’s 20 Triton Street. With rapid expansion underway, the workspace needed to be not only an expression of Synthesia’s brand but also a strategic foundation for long-term growth.

Aura was engaged at the very outset of the project, offering a range of services from supporting feasibility studies, site tours, site surveys, and the selection of the full project team. Acting as
client-side project manager, Aura led the end-to-end delivery process, coordinating with all stakeholders and ensuring Synthesia’s vision was realised on time and on budget.

Challenges

Compressed Programme.
The project had a strict deadline, with a high-profile office launch scheduled just three days after practical completion, attended by significant figures including the Mayor of London and the Secretary of State.
