Brief
Limestone Capital, a leading European private equity real estate firm, appointed Aura Consulting to lead the rebranding and refurbishment of the Aethos Hotel, the refurbishment of the Aethos Members Club, and the £2m refurbishment of Mitsu.
Managing the transition from the former Nobu site, Aura oversaw an upgrade including a new roof, terraces, spa, and reception.
The wider project transformed the Willow Street site into a sophisticated hospitality destination, including a premier hotel, private members club, collaborative library and bar, and a ‘Tokyo themed’ restaurant, bar, and club.
Aura acted as the bridge between Milan-based designers Astet Studio and architect Ben Adams, ensuring the vision aligned with the building’s industrial architecture.

Harmonising a soft, narrative-led interior with the building’s “frayed” concrete and steel exterior.
