Description
Complete refurbishment of 37 apartments, delivered over 5 phases in 10 month period. The project had a £2.5m budget, and the block has been owned by the Bank of China since 1992, with all apartments very much in need of improvement. The apartments are all occupied the bank expatiate staff from China. The refurbishment included all white goods, furniture and curtains to deliver an apartment which was entirely ready for occupation on completion.
