Trustpilot, a leading global consumer review platform, appointed Aura Consulting to lead the project management of their 30,000 sqft North American headquarters at 50 West 23rd Street.
This flagship project was a cornerstone of a strategic three-office global engagement led from our London HQ. The procurement model integrated landlord-led construction with direct specialist suppliers. Moving away from standardized templates, the design was tailored to reflect the vibrant culture of the New York team and its iconic Flatiron location.

Union Labour Navigation – As a “Union Building,” the project required expert management of premium rates and strictly regulated work rules. Aura navigated these jurisdictional constraints to ensure the project remained commercially viable without compromising quality.
