Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, owned by the premier global investment firm Reignwood Group, appointed Aura Consulting to lead a series of ultra-high-end “Day 2” capital projects.

Following the building’s 2017 opening, Aura managed the transition from the base-build standard to the bespoke requirements of Reignwood’s Chairman. This included structural and aesthetic modification of the flagship suites and Private Members’ Club – alongside a curated series of high-value enhancements to the public, retail, and courtyard spaces of this Grade II* listed icon.

Challenges

Heritage Structural Engineering – Executing significant layout modifications within the former Port of London Authority headquarters required surgical precision. Aura navigated complex Grade II* constraints to integrate rare materials and modern reinforcements.

Live Operational Logistics – A critical challenge was managing high-intensity installations within a fully operational Five-Star hotel. From laying custom-woven carpets across the grand sweeping staircases to installing large-scale artwork in the central courtyard, Aura orchestrated every movement to ensure zero disruption to the guest experience.

Bespoke Craftsmanship Coordination – Aura led the procurement and fit-out of the retail “vitrine” areas and internal boutiques. These involved exotic veneers and heavy brass-inlay detailing, requiring meticulous coordination between high-end specialist contractors and luxury brand partners to meet the Chairman’s exacting standards.
