Houlihan Lokey, a premier global investment bank, appointed Aura Consulting to lead the delivery of their new Milan office. A key milestone in a long-term global partnership overseeing 14 projects, this scheme required a compressed 4-month delivery window.

Acting as central Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, Aura managed local procurement and a complex furniture strategy across EMEA. We served as the strategic bridge between Milanese leadership and global headquarters, ensuring the high-specification environment balanced global prestige with bespoke local requirements.

Challenges

Accelerated Technical Integration – A priority was the seamless integration of high-specification Tech and AV suites. Aura led intensive technical briefings to ensure global IT standards aligned with local infrastructure.
