Houlihan Lokey, a premier global investment bank, appointed Aura Consulting to manage the delivery of their Amsterdam office.

This project was a vital component of a wider strategic EMEA engagement, during which Aura has overseen 14 successful projects. Acting as central Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, Aura led a local Design & Build (D&B) procurement route.

Aura served as the strategic bridge between the local team and Houlihan Lokey’s global corporate real estate team, ensuring that site-specific requirements were delivered within the bank’s prestigious global framework.
