Brief
GLAS is an independent agency providing a full suite of capital markets services. GLAS appointed Aura to deliver its new London headquarters at 10 Old Bailey.

The workspace was designed to reflect the strength of the GLAS brand while creating a sophisticated and established office environment for its employees. A key feature of the design is a high-quality client meeting suite, providing an impressive setting for hosting visitors and conducting business.

Aura was engaged from the outset, supporting GLAS through feasibility studies, site tours and the final property selection, before managing the project through design development and delivery to completion.

Challenges

Goods lift not working for majority of the programme – still able to deliver on time by working with the contractor to minimise impact.

Delivering a premium fit-out in a busy City of London location with strict logistical constraints, including limited site access and no dedicated loading bay.

Securing the fibre line with signing of wayleaves with a tight programme.
