Brief

Trustpilot engaged Aura Consulting to manage the consolidation of their London offices at St Paul’s and Monument into a new 22k sqft headquarters at Minster Court. The project aimed to create a vibrant, people-centric workplace that reflected Trustpilot’s brand identity and values while maintaining design consistency with their global offices.

The design focused on fostering collaboration between teams while ensuring employees had access to quiet zones and wellness spaces to support diverse working styles. Following the successful delivery of this project, Aura was retained to oversee Trustpilot’s Edinburgh and New York office fit-outs, reinforcing a long-term partnership.

Challenges

COVID-19 Disruptions.
Delivered during the pandemic, the project required adaptive planning, with remote collaboration between teams in London, Scotland, and Copenhagen. Logistics and site coordination had to be carefully managed to mitigate delays and maintain progress.

Brand consistency.
Maintaining Trustpilot’s visual and cultural identity across multiple locations while adapting to local requirements and functional needs.

inspired aesthetic, using brand colours, natural materials, and open-plan layouts to create a cohesive environment that mirrors their global offices.

Developed a flexible office setup to accommodate hybrid working models, incorporating adaptable collaboration zones, hot-desking areas, and multi- purpose rooms to support evolving workplace needs.

Enhanced employee wellbeing.
Included dedicated wellness spaces, comfortable breakout areas, and a versatile multi-purpose room designed for nursing mothers, meditation, or quiet work, ensuring inclusivity and employee support.

Sustained client relationship.
The success of the London project led to continued collaboration on Trustpilot’s Edinburgh office, underscoring Aura’s ability to deliver consistently across locations.
