Bain Capital, a leading global private investment firm, appointed Aura Consulting to manage their 10,000 sqft workplace expansion in Luxembourg. This project represented a key milestone in a long-standing partnership, forming part of a wider portfolio of repeat schemes delivered by Aura.
Aura acted as the strategic bridge for the project’s governance, reporting directly to Bain Capital’s London and USA headquarters for all operational and financial approvals. To maintain absolute stakeholder synergy, Aura implemented a rigorous travel schedule, coinciding site visits with internal staff transitions to ensure seamless communication.
Challenges
