Brief
Trustpilot, the global consumer review platform headquartered in Copenhagen, appointed Aura Consulting to deliver three strategic office relocations across key markets: London, New York, and Edinburgh. Each project was designed to reflect the company’s vibrant brand, support its people-first culture, and ensure consistency across global sites.
The programme began with the 22k sqft consolidation of Trustpilot’s London offices into a new head-quarters at Minster Court. Following the success of the London delivery, Aura was retained for subsequent fit-outs in New York and Edinburgh, providing
continuity of team, process, and quality.
Challenges
Multi-City Delivery.
Coordinating three relocation projects across different time zones and regulatory environments, while maintaining consistency in quality and programme delivery.
Global Brand Alignment.
Balancing global design standards with local requirements and cultural nuances in each market.
Remote Client Engagement.
Working closely with the Copenhagen-based leadership team to ensure stakeholder alignment and real-time decision-making throughout the programme stages.

Each office was designed during the pandemic, with layouts that prioritised flexibility, lower occupancy densities, and agile work settings. Touch-free technology, improved ventilation, and clear zoning for collaboration vs focus were integrated to future-proof each workplace.
Sustainable Approach.
Wherever possible, the projects reused furniture and fittings, prioritised energy-efficient systems, and followed low-waste fit-out strategies aligned with Trustpilot’s ESG commitments.
