Description

In October 2007 LBi launched a competition to find a consultant to provide PM, QS and CDM services for their new London HQ redevelopment and Aura Consulting won. The professional services were provided on a £3.5m project to build LBi’s corporate headquarters in London. The redevelopment of the Atlantis Building at the Truman Brewery in Brick Lane London involved the 30,000 sq ft beer barrel warehouse being transformed into an industrial 70,000 sq ft head office building. The look and feel for the final scheme is an alternative, flexible and industrial workplace which has been welcomed by the company and their clients alike. Aura were also appointed to provide professional services on the dilapidation project at LBi’s existing offices in Clerkenwell.

  • "We are very happy with all the work that Aura did for us over the entire course of the project. These guys are pros. The project functioned smoothly from the very beginning right the way through to the end.  They made a huge difference and know the business inside and out.  It was great to work with them, their help was invaluable."
