Refurbishment and Fitting out an existing brewery building for office space for approximately 450 people. The project included the installation of 2No. new mezzanine floors, thermal and aesthetic upgrades to the external building fabric, installation of new Air conditioning electrical, data infrastructure and security installations. As required by the Client’s design brief for the fit out, the original industrial aesthetic of the building has been maintained.
