To provide Project Management for the phased delivery and installation of over 480no working positions and various meeting and café spaces across 5 floors. This involved extensive co ordination with the main construction management team as the floors were being delivered un sequenced and with the building management who have another similar sized project running in tandem in the same building and utilising the common areas.
