M&E Services Engineer and Member of Client’s professional team, with responsibilities to oversee installation of mechanical services, critique & prepare trade method statements.

Preparation & monitoring of project budgets.

Fully conversant with all aspects of building mechanical services - Air Conditioning systems, including Chilled Ceilings VAV, CV, LTHW systems, heat pumps, Chillers, comfort cooling installations & computer equipment rooms.

Experienced in MV & LV voltage installations, secondary emergency power generation & all electrical primary & secondary distribution & infrastructure systems.

Management of all major H.V.A.C. Commissioning management projects, including dealing directly with Client’s representatives, & witnessing to Consultant Engineers.  Attending site meetings with Client, contractors. Project co-ordination of all commissioning labour and associated disciplines.

Minor design contracts undertaken for existing clients.  Full Building surveys of mechanical and electrical services, with recommendations for improvements.

Compilation and presentation of Method Statements, programmes, test date certificates, and working drawings.  Full project management and supervision.

Past work responsibilities have included on site compressor strip down and rebuild. Knowledge of Satchwell, Landis & Gyr, Staefa, Trend, Belimo controls, including fault finding.

Experienced in all building refrigeration & air conditioning services - commercial & industrial.
