Managing existing business on a day-to-day basis whilst developing strategies to maximise cross-selling and new-business opportunities. Part of the New-Business bid team responsible for turning initial client enquiry into successful project wins.

  • Position: Logistics Manager
    Headhunted to start up and implement a new division within the Group that brought Account and Project Management services into the existing business. Reporting directly into the Managing Director, I recruited 10 personnel all-specialising in account management, project management and sales support. Having successfully developed a detailed sales and marketing strategy, I was then assigned with leading the sales team in promoting our new services to new and existing business.

    Business relocation services; Design and space-planning services; Furniture installation; Asset management and warehousing.

  • Achievements:
  • Turning the business into a £2 million operation by the start of year two and contributing an additional £400K of profit to the Groupıs results. The Account Service division is now a major part of the FS business and is well established within the marketplace with an excellent reputation.
