- Administering a centralised cost and planning reporting

build, refurbishment & fixture rollout turnover in
excess of £80m per annum.
- Responsible for day to day administrative input
to Planning Control System (PCS) database and the
maintenance of project standing data including creating
new financially approved projects.

changes to project plans & maintaining accurate project
forecasts. Monitor the programmes and ensure through
